CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Without prejudice to applicable regulations, the member acknowledges that for all types of cancellations, Admin Fee is non-refundable, and Horizon shall not refund the Admin Fee regardless of the timing of the cancellation.

Cancellation of any Lump Sum payment membership is not permitted and the amount paid is non-refundable except in the cases mentioned in Omani laws and regulations.

The recurring payment is considered open-ended; therefore, we will continue to deduct membership dues until a request to cancel is received from the member. A monthly membership will not be cancelled automatically after the initial minimum term indicated. Such request shall be submitted 30 days’ notice from the payment due date. The full amount of the notice period shall be accounted for payment through the Direct Debit. The member shall obtain a confirmation at the Fitness Centre that the cancellation has been applied.

    2. “Next of Kin" Information, which we collect from our members for use in the case ofan emergency. We suggest that our members tell their next of kin that they havebeen nominated for this purpose
    3. Corporate Member's details for individuals joining through the corporate plan.

The Company may employ other companies or individuals to assist us in providing ourservices or to provide certain services such as analyzing customer lists, providingmarketing assistance, or consulting services. These third parties may have access toinformation needed to perform their function but cannot use that information for otherpurposes

The company’s Website may place "cookies" on your machine; for example, to providepersonalized services and/or maintain your identity across multiple pages within or acrossone or more sessions. There maybe violations logging processes for investigation of any unauthorized attempt to access information. Encryption technology, such as SSL, may be employed for the transmissionof data collected online

Security of personal data

At times it may be necessary and/or prudent for the Company to transfer certain personaldata to places outside Oman in order to carry out the purposes, or directly relatedpurposes, for which the personal data were collected.
